摘要
核电厂运行时,热分层现象广泛出现在各工艺系统管道和设备中,可能导致核电厂管路系统出现结构性疲劳甚至失效,给核电厂安全运行带来隐患。因此,监测和研究核电厂内部管道的热分层现象对核电厂的安全可靠运行具有重要意义。文章通过在某核电厂堆芯补水箱补水管周向加装传感器的方法,监测该管路稳态及补硼条件下是否有热分层现象,并根据实验结果对热分层现象进行分析。
Thermal stratification is a common phenomenon in various pipelines and equipments during nuclear power plant operation,which can lead to structural fatigue and even failure of the pipeline system and resulting in potential dangers to safe operation of nuclear power plants.Therefore,it is very important to monitor and study the thermal stratification of pipelines in nuclear power plants.In this paper,an experiment was established to monitor the thermal stratification of core makeup tank(CMT)water supply pipeline in a nuclear power plant under steady state and boron replenishment state by installing sensors radially on the pipeline.The thermal stratification was analyzed based on experimental results.
