党章是党的根本大法,是全党必须遵循的总规矩。党章的执行在党的建设和中国革命、建设和改革进程中具有重要作用。面对错综复杂的国内外形势和党的"四大考验"、"四种危险",加强党章执行力建设是坚持党要管党、全面从严治党的根本保证。通过学习、遵守、贯彻、维护党章,增强党员崇尚党章、严格执行自觉性,凝聚全党的意志和力量,不断巩固党的执政地位,保持党的先进性和纯洁性。

the Party constitution is the fundamental law of the Party and the general rule that the whole Party members must follow. The implementation of the Party constitution plays an important role in the Party building and the process of China’s revolution, construction and reform. Facing the complicated domestic and international situation and the Party’s "four major tests" and "four dangers", strengthening the Party’s executive power building is the fundamental guarantee for the Party to manage the Party comprehensively and strictly. By studying, observing, carrying out and maintaining the Party constitution, the Party members should enhance their awareness of upholding and strictly implementing the Party constitution, and pool the will and strength of the entire Party to consolidate the Party’s ruling status and maintain its advanced nature and purity.
