精准医疗时代下基层病理发展思考与质控实践

Thoughts on the Development of Pathology and Practice of Quality Control in Basic-level Hospitals in the Era of Precision Medicine

受精准医疗理念的影响及个体化治疗的需求,精准的病理诊断已进入分子病理时代。受各方面主客观因素所限,中国众多基层病理科室可能达不到分子病理诊断水准。如何跟上精准医疗理念的节奏,尽力保证不影响患者的后续精准治疗的需求,笔者认为基层病理科室应有应对精准医疗的新思维以及质控理念,并执行。

Influenced by the concept of precision medical treatment,accurate pathological diagnosis has entered the era of molecular pathology under the demand of individualized treatment.However,due to various subjective and objective factors,many basic-level pathology departments in China may not be able to reach the level of molecular pathological diagnosis.To keep up with the current pace of precision medicine and ensure the follow-up precision medical treatment of the patients,the author thinks that the basic-level pathology departments should respond to the new thinking of precision medical treatment and the concept of quality control,and put it into practice.
