Optimal Decomposition Model for Monthly Contract Electricity of Cascade Hydropower Stations Considering the Day-ahead Market

摘要 基于我国目前的电力市场结构及交易规则,探讨了梯级水电站同时参与月度合约市场与日前市场的组合交易策略,然后考虑了日前市场出清电价的不确定性对梯级水电站发电收益的影响,构建了以发电效益最大为目标的梯级水电站月度合约电量优化分解模型。以我国某梯级水电站月度合约电量分解为例对模型进行验证,结果表明本文模型具有较高的求解效率,与传统确定性调度模型相比,显著提高了发电效益。 Based on the structure and trading rules of China s current electricity market,the combined trading strategy of cascade hydropower stations participating in monthly contract market and day-ahead market simultaneously is discussed,and then the optimal decomposition model for the monthly contract electricity of cascade hydropower stations with a maximum power generation benefit as the goal is formulated after considering the impact of the uncertainties of clearing price in the day-ahead market.The proposed model is verified by taking the decomposition of the monthly contract electricity of a cascade hydropower stations in China as an example.The result demonstrates that the proposed model has high efficiency in computation and can significantly improve the power generation benefit compared with conventional deterministic model.
