7351名上海市某社区老年体检居民脑卒中高危筛查结果分析

Analysis on High Risk Screening Results for Stroke among 7 351 Elderly Residents in a Community of Shanghai

目的通过分析上海市某社区老年体检居民脑卒中高危因素筛查情况,了解该社区老年居民脑卒中危险因素分布情况,为脑卒中综合防治提供基础数据参考。方法通过对参加上海市某社区2019年老年体检的9140名居民进行脑卒中高危因素筛查,筛查问卷7351份,分析该地区老年人群脑卒中高危人群检出率及高危因素分布情况。结果(1)脑卒中高危人群检出率为26.6%。其中男性为31.0%,女性为22.5%,男性显著高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)脑卒中高危人群在不同年龄,不同婚姻状况及不同文化程度间脑卒中高危人群检出率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论上海市某社区老年体检人群脑卒中高危检出率较高,且男性显著高于女性。未婚、离异、丧偶及文化程度低者脑卒中高危检出率更高,需要引起重视。同时加大筛查力度及加强综合管理措施,使脑卒中综合防控工作得到有力落实。

OBJECTIVE By analyzing the screening of high-risk factors of stroke in the elderly residents in a community of Shanghai who participated in physical examination,it could understand the distribution of risk factors of stroke in elderly residents in the community,and provide basic data for comprehensive prevention and treatment of stroke.METHODS Through the screening of 9140 residents who participated in the 2019 old-age medical examination in a community in Shanghai,the risk factors of stroke were screened,and 7351 questionnaires were screened to analyze the detection rate and risk distribution of high-risk groups in the elderly population in the area.RESULTS(1)The detection rate of high-risk stroke patients was 26.6%.Among them,males were 31.0%and females were 22.5%.Males were significantly higher than females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)There was a significant differ ence in the detection rate of high-risk stroke patients with different ages,different marital status and different educational levels(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The high-risk detection rate of stroke in the elderly in the community in Shanghai was higher,and the male was significantly higher than the female.Those who were unmarried,divorced,widowed and with a low level of education had a higher detec tion rate of stroke and needed to be paid more attention.At the same time,it needed to increase the intensity of screening and strengthen comprehensive management measures to make the comprehensive prevention and control of strokes be effectively implemented.
