2013—2017年成都市成华区5岁以下儿童死因分析

Analysis on the Monitoring Results on Children Death under the Age of Five in Chenghua District of Chengdu City between 2013 and 2017

目的了解成都市成华区5岁以下儿童死亡率及其变化趋势,为降低成都市成华区5岁以下儿童死亡率提出干预措施。方法采用成都市成华区5岁以下儿童死亡监测资料,分析5岁以下儿童死亡率及其主要死因构成。结果成都市成华区5岁以下儿童死亡率总体呈下降趋势,前5位死因是其他新生儿疾病、早产(低出生体重)、新生儿肺炎、新生儿窒息以及先天性心脏病。结论降低5岁以下儿童死亡率重点是降低新生儿死亡率,做好孕妇和5岁以下儿童的教育宣传工作,提高产科儿科医务人员医疗技术水平,可有效降低5岁以下儿童死亡率。

OBJECTIVE It analyzed the mortality and main causes of death among children under the age of 5 in Chenghua District of Chengdu between 2013 and 2017,aiming to provide a scientific references for developing effective intervention measures against child death.METHODS According to the death monitoring data of the children under the age of 5 in Chenghua District of Chengdu,it analyzed the mortality and the main causes of death.RESULTS The mortality rate of children under 5 years old showed a decreasing trend in Cheng hua District of Chengdu.The top 5 causes of death among the children were other neonatal diseases,preterm birth(low birth weight),neonatal asphyxia,congenital heart disease and birth defects.CONCLUSION Reducing the mortality of newborns and infants was the key to decrease mortality of children under the age of 5.Developing health education of pregnant women and young children,and improving medical skills of obstetricians and pediatricians and treatments for children were key points to reduce mortality of children under the age of 5.
