Uncovering and Surpassing:Western Democratic Output from the Perspective of Marxism

民主输出论是西方国家出于自身利益需要而推行的、借以干预别国内政的重要理论依据。由于它鼓吹西式民主的普世性以及相对于其他制度的先进性和优越性,并且得到西方国家尤其是美国一大批政客和学者们的拥戴,因而对社会大众具有一定的迷惑性。从马克思主义的立场、观点和方法来审视民主输出论,使人们看清其本质和真相:民主输出论回避了民主的阶级性,抛开了民主所需要的基本条件来抽象地谈论普世价值,颠倒了存在和意识、经济基础与上层建筑的关系,是一种唯心主义的思维逻辑。

The theory of democratic export is an important theoretical basis for Western countries to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries in order to meet their own interests.Because it advocates that Western-style democracy is universal and more advanced and superior than other systems,and has won support from a large number of politicians and scholars in the West,especially in the United States,it is also confusing to the general public.The theorg of democratic output should be examined from the standpoint,viewpoint and method of Marxism,so that people can see its essence and truth clearly: the theory of democratic export evades the class nature of democracy,abandons the basic conditions needed by democracy to talk about the universal value abstractly,reverse the relationship between the existence and consciousness,economic base and superstructure,which is a kind of idealistic thinking logic.
