论资本主义国家发展新变化及中国应对

On the New Changes of Capitalist Countries′ Development and China′s Response

列宁《帝国主义论》发表一百多年来,以美国为首的西方资本主义国家为克服经济危机,实现了由古典自由主义向新自由主义的发展。当今资本主义国家和列宁时期的帝国主义相比,出现了许多新变化,主要体现在国际经济力量对比发生深刻变化,世界各国经济相互依存持续加深,美国挑起“逆全球化”的贸易保护主义挑战加大,全球治理紧迫性日益提升等。面对资本主义国家发展新变化,中国政府也应积极应对,不断巩固马克思主义的指导地位,防范新自由主义的渗透;抵制错误思潮的干扰,肃清错误思潮的影响;明确全面深化改革的目标,牢牢把握改革的正确方向;保持清醒冷静和战略定力,坚定不移推动全方位对外开放。

Lenin's Imperialism has been published for more than 100 years.In order to overcome the economic crisis,Western capitalist countries led by the USA have realized the development from classical liberalism to neoliberalism.Compared with the imperialism in Lenin's period,many new changes have taken place in the capitalist countries nowadays,mainly reflected in the profound changes in the international economic power comparison,the continuous deepening of the economic interdependence among countries in the world,the increasing challenges of trade protectionism of“against globalization”provoked by the USA,and the increasing urgency of global governance.Faced with the new changes in the development of capitalist countries,the Chinese government should also respond actively to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism and prevent the infiltration of neoliberalism,resist the interference of wrong ideological trends and eliminate the influence of wrong ideological trends,clarify the objectives of deepening reform comprehensively and firmly grasp the correct direction of reform,and maintain sober,calm and strategic determination and unswervingly promote opening to the outside world in an all-round way.
