周恩来领导中共南方局开展国际统战工作的历史贡献

Zhou Enlai′s Historical Contribution to the Development of International United Front Work by the Southern Bureau of the Communist Party of China

抗战时期,中共南方局的国际统战工作是党的抗日民族统一战线的重要组成部分。周恩来领导中共南方局贯彻党中央发展抗日民族统一战线的方针,制定了中共南方局国际统战工作策略。周恩来同许多主张正义、支持中国抗战的国际友人结成真挚友谊,并同反法西斯盟国苏联、美、英等国建立颇具特色的官方联系。通过向国际友人介绍中国共产党全面抗战的主张,揭露国民党的反共阴谋,打破了国民党对外交权力的垄断,增进了中国共产党在国际反法西斯统一战线中的话语权,在国际上争取了广大民主进步力量的同情和支持,有力配合了抗战,取得最后的胜利。通过中共南方局国际统战工作的有效开展,中共积累了外事活动和对外斗争的初步经验,培养了一批外事工作干部,为建国后开展外交活动打下了基础。

During the Anti-Japanese War,the international united front work of the Southern Bureau of the Communist Party of China was an important part of the Party's anti-Japanese national united front.Zhou Enlai led the Southern Bureau of the Communist Party of China to carry out the Party Central Committee's policy of developing the anti-Japanese national united front and formulated the work strategy of the Southern Bureau of the Communist Party of China for the international united front.Zhou Enlai has forged sincere friendship with many international friends who advocate justice and support China's anti-Japanese struggle,and established official contacts with the anti-fascist allies of the Soviet Union,the United States and Britain.By introducing to international friends the views of the Communist Party of China in the comprehensive anti-Japanese war,we exposed the Kuomintang's anti-Communist conspiracy,broke the Kuomintang's monopoly of diplomatic power,enhanced the Communist Party's voice in the international anti-fascist united front,won the sympathy and support of the broad forces of democratic progress in the international arena,and effectively cooperated with the anti-Japanese war,achieved the final victory.Through the effective development of the international united front work of the Southern Bureau of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China has accumulated preliminary experience in foreign affairs activities and foreign struggle,and trained a number of foreign affairs cadres,which lays a foundation for carrying out diplomatic activities after the founding of the People's Republic of China.
