新常态下延安市农民增收问题研究

Research on Increasing Farmers′ Income in Yan′an under the New Normal

新常态下我国经济增速放缓,农民收入也出现增速降低的趋势。延安市作为红色革命圣地,有着重要的历史文化地位,有效解决延安市农民增收问题具有重要的现实意义。当前,延安市农民主要面临家庭经营性收入、工资性收入、财产性收入和转移性收入增加难的问题。结合农民自身情况与延安市农业发展规律,应该大力发展特色农业,提升农民文化素质与职业技能水平,优化农业政策,以助力农民增收难题的破解。

China's economic growth has slowed down under the new normal,and the growth rate of farmers'income has decreased.As a holy land of the red revolution,Yan'an has an important historical and cultural status.It is of great significance to solve the problem of increasing farmers'income effectively.At present,Yan'an farmers mainly face with the problem of increasing family operating income,wage income,property income and transferable income.According to the farmers'own situation and laws of agricultural development in Yan'an,the characteristic agriculture should be developed vigorously,farmers'cultural quality and vocational skills should be improved,and the agricultural policies should be optimized to help solve the problem of increasing farmers'income.
