新汶气煤与气肥煤在炼焦配煤中比例提升研究 被引量:5

摘要 为扩大炼焦煤资源及降低配煤成本,采用新汶气煤、气肥煤为试验煤样,由煤样的基本性质分析可知其具有较高的活惰比、较高的流变性与容惰能力、黏结性能优异等特性。通过新汶气煤、气肥煤单独成焦试验、煤岩学模拟配煤、工业焦炉炼焦试验,验证高比例配加新汶气煤、气肥煤炼焦的可行性,确定最佳配煤炼焦优化方案。结果表明:马钢利用新矿气煤代替其它1/3焦煤,虽气肥煤比例逐渐提高而所产焦炭质量仍较好。新汶气煤、气肥煤配比的提高有助于焦炭热态性能的改善。在马钢的实际生产中,由原来的配加12%新汶气肥煤可增至配加24%新汶气肥煤,焦炭质量优于国家二级冶金焦标准。配煤时保证煤岩强黏比的比例可在一定程度上保证焦炭质量。 In order to enlarge the coking coal resource,and reduce the coal blending cost,the Xinwen gas coal and gas fat coal were taken as the experimental coal sample,from the basic characteristics of coal sample,it can be known that the coal has relatively high live/inert ratio,has relatively high rheology and inert tolerance,and has good caking index.Through the independent coking experiment of Xinwen gas coal and gas fat coal,coal petrology simulation coal blending and industrial coke oven coking test,the feasibility of high ratio addition of Xinwen gas coal and gas fat coal in coking blending coal for coking was verified,and the optimized coal blending for coking plan was determined.The results show that:Ma'anshan steels company used the Xinwen gas coal instead of other 1/3 coking coal,although the gas fat coal ratio increases,the coke product is still good.The increase of Xinwen gas coal and gas fat coal is helpful for improvement of coke thermal performance.In the practical production of Ma'anshan steels,the Xinwen gas fat coal ratio is increased from 12%to 24%,the coke quality is better than national the second grade metallurgical coke standard.The ratio of high caking index coal should be maintained to keep the quality of coke.
