摘要
介绍了与煤质在线检测系统有机整合的车载可移动式煤质分析装备的工作原理及装备布置方案,并阐述了利用激光诱导击穿光谱技术对煤中碳、氢、硫、灰分实现无源检测的优势。移动式煤质分析装备主要由车载采样系统、制样系统、检测系统、车载系统、系统集成等部分组成,采用远程智能数据分析系统可实现现场制样过程、煤质分析、数据的远程监控、共享、传输、自动出具报告等功能。移动式煤质分析技术可实现采样、制样、检测三大功能一体化集成,对于煤质在线检测技术具有指导意义。
This paper analyzed the working principles and equipment layout plan of vehicle load mobile coal quality analysis equipment integrated with online coal quality testing system,the advantages of using laser induced breakdown spectroscopy to test the carbon,hydrogen,sulfur and ash in coal were demonstrated.Mobile coal quality analysis equipment was mainly consisted of vehicle sampling system,sample preparation system,detection system,vehicle system,system integration,etc.Using the remote intelligent data analysis system can realize the functions such as on-site sample preparation process,coal quality analysis,remote monitoring of data,share,transfer,and automatically reports issue.Mobile coal quality analysis technology can realize the integration of sampling,sample preparation and tests,it has guiding meaning for coal quality online testing technology.
