弃料煤样真空气力输送系统的设计及应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前煤炭全自动制样系统弃料煤样采用传统弃样皮带机或螺旋输送机占地面积大、对设备空间和场地布局要求高以及易撒煤漏煤等问题,提出了采用真空气力输送技术的弃料煤样输送系统,并介绍真空气力输送技术的原理、主要参数和设计步骤,根据实际案例参数进行设计计算以开发1种基于真空气力输送技术的弃料煤样输送系统,通过采用真空气力输送和皮带称重技术进行弃料煤样的输送收集与称重。为验证其性能,对该系统设备进行了煤流输送的试验验证,试验数据表明该系统弃料煤样输送平均损失率为0.22%,收集效率为1.53 t/h,且无堵煤粘煤现象,系统输送平稳可靠,性能和指标符合全自动制样系统弃料煤样输送的要求,为真空气力输送技术在煤炭采制样系统中的应用奠定了基础。 Regarding to the problems of traditional belt conveyor or screw conveyor used in the automatic coal sample preparation system at present such as large area,high requirement for equipment space and site layout,and easy coal leakage,a coal sample conveying system using vacuum pneumatic conveying technology was put forward,the principle,main parameters and designing procedures of vacuum pneumatic conveying technology were introduced,the design calculation was carried out according to the actual case parameters,thus,a waste coal sample conveying system based on vacuum pneumatic conveying technology was developed.The waste coal samples were conveyed,collected and weighed by vacuum pneumatic conveying and belt weighing technology.In order to verify its performance,the equipment of the system has been tested and verified by coal flow conveying.The test data shows that the average loss rate of waste coal sample conveying is 0.22%,the collection efficiency is 1.53 t/h,there is no coal plugging and sticking phenomenon.The system conveys smoothly and reliably,the performance and index can meet the requirements of the automatic sample preparation system for coal sample conveying.It lays a foundation for the application of vacuum pneumatic conveying technology in coal sampling system.
