摘要 活性焦作为以煤为主要原料制备的炭材料产品通常用于烟气净化,其优势可在反应器内联合脱除SO 2和NO x及其它污染物,不产生废渣、无二次污染且可回收硫资源。随着活性焦在烟气净化应用领域的不断拓展,其使用量不断上升且其产能也在显著增加,生产工艺水平、检测手段、应用需求均有新的发展。因此,针对活性焦的耐压强度及耐磨强度指标的相应国内外标准进行对比分析。实验中以不同的判定标准测试活性焦的耐压强度,发现耐压强度的测试结果差异较大,对比国内外的标准结合应用实践进行分析,提出耐压强度测试以专业人员的判定“压坏强度”较为准确,能满足活性焦实际应用需求。另外,对比了国标法和权威的企业标准在耐磨强度测试方法,认为活性焦装入直径较大的转鼓中以摔打作用为主,不利于判定活性焦颗粒实际磨损情况。因此,有必要对活性焦的耐磨强度测试方法标准进行修订。 Activated coke is a kind of carbon material which is mainly made from coal,it is always used for flue gas purification,the advantages of using activated coke care that the SO 2,NO x and other pollutants can be removed in a set of reactors,without waste residue and secondary pollution,and sulfur resources can be recycled as well.With the continuous expansion of activated coke in the field of flue gas purification,the use of activated coke increases,as well as the production capacity,the level of production technology,detection means,application requirements all have a new development.The domestic and foreign standards about compressive strength and wear resistance of activated coke were compared and analyzed.The different criteria were used to test the compressive strength of activated coke,it was found that the test results of the compressive strength were quite different.By comparing the domestic and foreign standards with the application practice,the compression strength test is more accurate to judge the“crush strength”by professionals,which can meet the practical application needs of activated coke.On the other hand,the national standard method and the authoritative enterprise standard for abrasive resistance test method were compared,it is believed that the activated coke is mainly used in the rolling drum with large diameter,which is not conducive to determine the actual wear condition of activated coke particles.Therefore,it is necessary to revise the standard of test method for abrasive resistance of activated coke.
