习近平新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明思想是解决经济社会发展与自然生态保护间的冲突问题的关键支撑,力求在城市规划中达到人与自然平衡统一,落实绿色、协调的发展理念。建设美丽南充,需要以绿色发展和协调发展为指导,转变经济发展方式使经济发展与生态环境治理相适应。推动产业转型升级,淘汰落后产能,既要对南充市当前生态经济困境的发展模式和路径进行实质性探索,促进美丽南充建设的具有针对性和拓展性的微观整合和深度补充,又要以加强制度建设创新改革为有力后盾,推动南充市经济社会发展与生态文明建设的动静态互动的积极整合,让美丽南充成为治蜀兴川生态实践中的亮丽明片。

Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is the key support in resolving the contradictions between the development of economic society and reservation of naturalecology;it commits itself to maintaining a harmonious co-existence between human and nature in the urban planning,and achieves organic,sustainable development concepts.The construction of Charming Nanchong requires the guidance of sustainable and organic development and shifts the economic development mode in order to adapt the economic development with the ecological environment management.In the process of promoting industry transformation upgrading and eliminating outdated capacity,Nanchong is required to conduct a substantive exploration of its dilemma in developing ecological economy in order to promote the micro-consolidation and in-depth supplementation of constructing Charming Nanchong in a targeted and extended manner,meanwhile,Nanchong is required to promote the positive integration and static interaction between the development of economic society and construction of ecological civilization and makes Nanchong a striking representative in theecological practice of governing Bashu and achieving prosperity.
