居家养老服务中心“医养结合”的必要性与可行性分析——以沈阳市Y社区W居家养老服务中心为例

Necessity and Feasibility Analysis on “Integration of Medical and Old-age Care” in Home-based Old-age Service Center——A Case Study of Home-based Old-age Service Center W in Community Y of Shenyang

随着我国老龄化日趋严峻,慢性病、失能、半失能老人占比不断增多,老人养老和医疗双重需求持续上升。传统的居家养老服务模式已不再能满足老人"老有所医"的需求,开展医养结合的养老模式应为适时之举。文章通过参与观察、实地调研、访谈等方法,针对Y社区W居家养老中心目前现状、需求以及出现的问题,分析养老中心开展医养结合的必要性及可行性。最后得出Y社区居家养老中心开展医养结合养老模式的必要性较大,可行性还存在一定阻力的相关结论。

With the increasingly severe aging in China,the proportion of chronically ill,incapacitated and semi-incapacitated elderly population is increasing,and the dual demand for old age and medical care for the elderly continues to rise.The traditional home-based service model can no longer meet the needs of the old-age medical care",therefore,integration between medical and old-age care is a timely initiative.By participating in observation,field investigation and interviews,the author analyzes the necessity and feasibility of integrating medical and old-age care in the old-age care center according to the present situation,needs and problems in service center W of community Y.Finally,it is concluded that there is a great need for the home-based old-age service center in community-Y to carry out the integrated model and there are still some obstacles in its implementation.
