摘要
砾石是酸性矿料,与沥青的黏附性较差,沥青混合料选用酸性砾石作为矿料会严重影响沥青路面的抗水毁能力,降低路面的使用年限.玄武岩纤维属于矿物纤维,具有良好的物理、力学性能,能够改善酸性砾石与沥青之间的黏结能力,增强沥青路面的抗水毁能力.通过对玄武岩纤维酸性砾石沥青混合料进行高温抗车辙试验、低温抗开裂试验以及水稳定性试验,分析不同玄武岩纤维掺量时,混合料路用性能的改善效果,试验结果表明:从高温稳定性方面考虑,纤维最佳掺量为0.3%,从低温抗开裂、抗水毁能力方面考虑,纤维最佳掺量为0.4%.
Gravel is acidic mineral and has poor adhesion with asphalt.Selecting acidic gravel as mineral in asphalt mixture will seriously affect the resistance to water damage of asphalt pavement and reduce the service life of pavement.Basalt fiber belongs to mineral fibers.It have good physical and mechanical properties.It can improve the bonding ability between acid gravel and asphalt,and enhance the water damage resistance of asphalt pavement.In this paper,high temperature rutting resistance test,low temperature cracking resistance test and water stability test of basalt fiber acidic gravel asphalt mixture were carried out.The improved effect of pavement performance of mixture with different basalt fiber content was analyzed.The test results show that the optimum content of fiber is 0.3%from the aspect of high temperature stability,and from the aspect of low temperature cracking resistance and water damage resistance,the optimum fiber content is 0.4%.
