摘要
为鉴定引起海兰褐雏鸡发病及死亡的病原菌,无菌采集死亡海兰褐雏鸡的肝脏、关节脓液等病料组织,分离到1株病原菌,命名为CL-Z株。通过病原菌的分离培养、病原菌的形态观察、生化特性检验、16S rRNA PCR等方法对分离菌株进行鉴定,CL-Z株被鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌。致病试验结果表明,CL-Z株对海兰褐雏鸡具有很强的致病性,其半数致死量(LD 50)为3.2×10^9 cfu/L。药敏试验结果表明:CL-Z株对头孢噻呋、头孢曲松、林可霉素等4种药物敏感;对大观霉素、强力霉素、氟苯尼考等4种中度敏感;对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、庆大霉素等6种药物耐药。
In order to identify the pathogens causing the morbidity and death of Hy-Line brown chickens,the liver tissue,joint pus and other disease tissues of the dead Hy-Line brown chicks were aseptically collected,and one pathogen was isolated and named as CL-Z strain.The isolates were identified by isolation and culture of pathogenic bacteria,morphological observation of pathogenic bacteria,biochemical characteristics test,and 16S rRNA PCR.CL-Z strain was identified as Staphylococcus aureus.The results of pathogenicity test showed that CL-Z strain was highly pathogenic to Hy-Line brown chickens.The LD 50 of CL-Z strain was 3.2×10^9 cfu/L.Drug susceptibility test results showed that CL-Z strain was sensitive to ceftiofur,ceftriaxone and lincomycin,moderately sensitive to spectinomycin,doxycycline and florfenicol,and resistant to amoxicillin,ampicillin and gentamicin.
