摘要 针对绗缝机利用花型图案加工存在的问题,基于Python编程语言设计了一种自动生成NC代码的方法,根据绗缝机花型文件自动生成NC代码,用于绗缝机的加工,解决了绗缝机开放式数控系统加工过程中NC代码自动生成问题。根据花型文件中的数据结构,通过对花型文件中不同数据类型关键词的识别,获得所需各项参数,生成NC文件用于下位机加工。通过调用PyQt5软件中绘图图元等将生成的NC代码复现为花型图案。最后将复现花型与原始花型进行对比,用以校验NC代码的准确性。 In order to solve the problem of quilting machines during the processing of pattern design, a method that using pattern file to generate NC code automatically in open CNC system of quilting machine was designed by Python. Based on the analyses of the pattern file, the pattern data were used to obtain the required parameters, and then the NC code was assigned to control the quilting machine. When the NC code finished, it was reproduced as a pattern by a drawing element in PyQt5. Finally, the recurring pattern was compared with the original pattern to verify the accuracy of the NC code.
