摘要
探究了轨道客车用MS(硅烷改性聚合物)密封胶在服役过程中出现内聚强度下降、边缘开裂等老化现象的原因,对MS密封胶的哑铃型拉伸试样和拉伸剪切试样进行高低温循环交变老化、紫外老化、酸性溶液浸泡等老化试验,测试其力学性能变化。研究结果表明:MS密封胶内聚强度下降主要由紫外光照射和强酸性溶液腐蚀造成,边缘开裂主要由温湿度循环交变和强酸性溶液腐蚀造成。
The causes of aging phenomena such as decreased cohesive strength and edge cracking during the service of MS(silane-modified polymer)sealant for railway vehicle were investigated. Dumbbell tensile specimens and tensile shear specimens of MS sealant were tested by high and low temperature cyclic aging,ultraviolet aging,and acid solution immersion aging,and the mechanical properties were determined. The research results showed that the decrease of cohesive strength of MS sealant was mainly caused by ultraviolet light irradiation and strong acid solution corrosion,while the edge cracking was mainly caused by cyclic alternation of temperature and humidity and corrosion of strong acid solution.
