装配式建筑外墙接缝防水密封胶相关标准解析

Review of relevant standards of waterproof sealant for exterior wall joint of prefabricated building

根据装配式建筑外墙接缝防水密封对密封胶的需求,介绍了装配式建筑选胶时需重点关注的性能要求,并对国内外装配式建筑领域的部分主要标准进行了解析。研究结果表明:国内标准基本上都是在ISO 11600标准的基础上进行制定的,不过国内标准增加或提高了浸水粘结性、污染性、耐久性等性能测试要求;另外,高标准、高要求将有助于提升装配式建筑密封胶的应用效果。

According to the requirements of sealant for waterproof sealing of exterior wall joint of prefabricated building,the performance requirements that should be paid attention to when selecting sealant for prefabricated building were introduced,and some main standards in the field of prefabricated building at home and abroad were analyzed. The research results showed that domestic standards were basically formulated based on ISO 11600 standard,but domestic standards increased or improved the performance test requirements of water immersion adhesion,pollution,durability etc. In addition,high standards and high requirements would help to improve the application effect of prefabricated building sealant.
