石墨烯–硅藻土改性PP复合材料的导电性能与力学性能 被引量:5

Conductivity and Mechanical Properties of Graphene-Diatomite Modified Polypropylene Composites

摘要 为了提高聚丙烯(PP)的导电性能,采用硅藻土包覆石墨烯改性PP复合材料,通过高阻计、力学性能测试、热重分析和差示扫描量热分析对复合材料的性能进行测试与表征。结果表明,当石墨烯的添加量为0.1份、硅藻土的添加量为0.2份时,改性PP表面电阻由纯PP的6.01×1011Ω降低到3.68×104Ω,体积电阻率由未加石墨烯时的7.45×1012Ω·m降低到6.7×105Ω·m,改性后PP的拉伸强度和冲击强度由未加石墨烯时的16 MPa和80.7 kJ/m2升高到22.7 MPa和97.3 kJ/m2。在加入0.2份硅藻土和0.1份石墨烯后,PP的热稳定性得到改善,初始分解温度提高了44℃。 In order to improve the conductivity of polypropylene(PP)material,the PP composites,were modified by using diatomite-coated graphene,and characterized by high resistance meter,mechanical properties tests,thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry.The results show that when the quantity of graphene is 0.1 phr,diatomite content is 0.2 phr,the surface resistance of modified PP is decreased from 6.01×1011Ωof pure PP to 3.68×104Ω,the volume resistivity is reduced from 7.45×1012Ω·m(without graphene)to 6.7×105Ω·m,the tensile strength and impact strength of the modified PP were increased from 16 MPa and 80.7 kJ/m2(without graphene)to 22.7 MPa and 97.3 kJ/m2 respectively.After adding 0.2 phr diatomite and 0.1 phr graphene,the thermal stability of PP is improved,and the initial decomposing temperature is increased by 44℃.
