摘要
以纺丝级聚苯硫醚(PPS)为载体树脂,选用三种不同环保耐高温颜料酞菁蓝(CuPc)颜料CuPc I,CuPc II,CuPc III,熔融挤出制备CuPc母粒,用粒径分析仪和光学显微镜分别研究了三种颜料的粒径分布及在PPS树脂中分散性,结果表明,CuPc I粒径最小且在PPS树脂中分散较好。用CuPc I母粒进一步研究,采用原液着色方法将不同含量的CuPc I母粒用于PPS纤维着色。用测色仪和偏光显微镜研究了不同含量的CuPc I在PPS树脂中的着色性能和结晶形态,并通过熔融纺丝制备了PPS/CuPc I有色纤维,研究了CuPc I母粒加入PPS后的可纺性。结果表明,当颜料CuPc I质量分数为1%时,其对PPS着色力最高为119.87%,且能够充当成核剂促进结晶;颜料以晶体结构存在PPS纤维中,着色后的PPS纤维本身晶体结构和力学性能总体上没有发生显著变化。
Phthalocyanine blue(CuPc)masterbatch were prepared by melt extrusion with using spinning grade polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)as carrier resin and three different environmentally friendly high temperature resistant pigments,CuPc I,CuPc II,CuPc III.The particle size distribution of the three pigments and their dispersibility in PPS resin were studied by particle size analyzer and optical microscope.The results show that the particle of CuPc I is the smallest and it is well dispersed in the PPS resin.Further studies were carried out with CuPc I masterbatch,and different amounts of CuPc I masterbatch were used for PPS fiber coloration by dope dyeing method.The coloring properties and crystal morphology of CuPc I with different contents in PPS resin were studied by colorimeter and polarized light microscope.The PPS/CuPc I color fiber was prepared by melt spinning and the spinnability of PPS fiber added by CuPc I masterbatch was studied.The results show that when the content of CuPc I is 1wt%,the tinting strength reaches 119.87%,and CuPc I can act as a nucleating agent to promote crystallization.The CuPc I exists in PPS fiber with the crystal structure,on the whole,the crystal structure and mechanical properties of the pigmented PPS fiber do not change significantly.
