摘要
简述了可降解高分子地膜材料的发展历程和主要来源,主要介绍了淀粉基、聚乳酸(PLA)基和聚(己二酸丁二酯-co-对苯二甲酸丁二酯)(PBAT)基生物降解地膜的力学性能、加工性能、热性能、降解周期和生产成本。值得注意的是,PBAT凭借优异的成膜性能和保温增产效果,成为最有希望代替聚乙烯(PE)生产农用地膜的高分子材料之一,今后PBAT基生物降解地膜将重点向高性能化和低成本化方向推进。
The development process and main sources of biodegradable mulching film materials were reviewed.The mechanical properties,processability,thermal performance,degradable rate and cost of production of starch-based,polylactic acid(PLA)-based and poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)-based biodegradable mulching film materials were mainly introduced.It is worth noting that PBAT becomes one of the most possible substitutes of polyethylene(PE),due to its excellent film-forming property,thermal insulation and crop yield-increasing effects.The future research of PBAT-based biodegradable mulching films will be developed towards high performance and low cost.
