社会心理因素与突发性聋的相关性研究

Relationship Between Social Psychological Factors and Sudden Deafness

目的对突发性聋患者的社会心理因素进行分析研究,并探讨社会心理因素对其发生发展的影响,以期为突聋的预防及临床心理辅助治疗提供参考依据。方法采用成人艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、生活事件量表(LES)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对65例突发性聋患者(突聋组)和65例正常健康者(对照组)进行对照研究。结果突聋组精神质(P)、神经质(N)得分,患病前1年内的负性事件总刺激量得分、家庭负性事件刺激量得分及焦虑、抑郁、躯体化、敌对因子评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论社会心理因素对突聋的发生发展有着一定影响;与正常人相比,突聋患者心理健康状况整体较差,临床上对这类患者给予常规药物治疗时需同时辅以针对性心理干预。

Objective To study psychosocial factors in patients with sudden deafness and their influence on the occurrence and development of sudden deafness, in order to provide guidance for prevention and psychotherapy. Methods The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ), Life Events Scale(LES) and Symptom Checklist(SCL-90) were administered in 65 patients with sudden deafness(case group) and 65 normal health subjects(control group). Results In the case group, scores of P, N, total negative events, family negative events within one year prior to illness, anxiety, depression, somatization and hostility were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Sociopsychological factors have certain influence on the occurrence and development of sudden deafness. Mental health of patients with sudden deafness is worse than that of normal persons. Clinical treatment of these patients should include targeted psychological intervention in addition to conventional drug therapies.
