不同心脏康复模式对急性心肌梗死PCI术后心功能与心脏不良事件改善效果分析

Analysis of improvement effect for different cardiac rehabilitation models on cardiac function and cardiac adverse events after PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨不同心脏康复模式对急性心肌梗死患者PCI治疗后心功能及心脏不良事件改善效果。方法选取2016年4月至2019年4月收治的急性心肌梗死择期行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的96例患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规术后康复护理,研究组实施基于心脏康复风险评估的康复训练,比较两组患者心功能和心脏不良事件的改善效果。结果研究组左心室射血分数、左心室舒张末内径、心功能分级、6MWD均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心脏不良事件发生率低于于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏康复风险评估的康复训练用于急性心肌梗死PCI治疗术后,可逐渐恢复心功能,减少心脏不良事件发生,对心血管康复具有重要临床意义。

Objective To explore the improvement effect for different cardiac rehabilitation models on cardiac function and cardiac adverse events after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods To select 96 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent elective PCI in April 2016 to April 2019 as a study object,and they were randomly divided into study groups and control groups.The control group implemented the routine postoperative rehabilitation nursing,and the study group implemented the rehabilitation training based on cardiac rehabilitation risk assessment to compare the improvement effect of cardiac function and adverse cardiac events between patients of the two groups.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,cardiac function classification,and 6MWD in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiac event in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training for cardiac rehabilitation risk assessment was used after PCI treatment for acute myocardial infarction.It could gradually restore heart function and reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiac events.It has important clinical significance for cardiovascular rehabilitation.
