循经取穴振动排痰用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰液引流效果观察

Effect observation of vibration sputum discarding through selecting acupuncture points of the corresponding channel for sputum drainage during the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨循经取穴振动排痰用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰液引流效果。方法选取本院2015年1月至2019年8月就诊的198例急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规排痰干预,观察组采用循经取穴振动排痰,比较两组痰液量变化、痰液黏稠度变化及COPD症状评分。结果观察组1~3 d,1~7 d排痰量均值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组1~3 d痰液黏稠度均值明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗7 d的COPD症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循经取穴振动排痰用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急诊加重期,具有促进早期痰液排出,降低痰液粘稠度,痰液引流效果更佳,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of vibration sputum discarding through selecting acupuncture points of the corresponding channel for sputum drainage during the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods To select 198 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2019 as a study object,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with routine sputum intervention,and the observation group was treated with vibration sputum discarding through selecting acupuncture points of the corresponding channel.The changes of sputum volume,changes of sputum viscosity,and COPD symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The volume of expelling sputum in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 1-3 days and 1-7 days(P<0.05).The sputum viscosity of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1-3 days(P<0.05).The COPD symptom score in the observation group after 7 days of treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vibration sputum discarding through selecting acupuncture points of the corresponding channel was used during the acute the exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which could promote early sputum drainage,reduce sputum viscosity,and have better effect for sputum drainage,which was worth popularizing and applying.
