球囊宫颈扩张器引产效果的影响因素分析

Analysis of the influencing factors of induction of labor by using a balloon cervical dilator

目的分析产妇应用球囊宫颈扩张器引产效果的影响因素。方法选取我院2018年2月至2019年2月接收的90例应用球囊宫颈扩张器引产的产妇作为研究对象,引产失败20例,分析引产效果的影响因素。结果经多因素logistic分析,宫颈Bishop评分>4分、合并妊娠期高血压疾病、胎先露衔接、身高>160cm、产次>1次均是球囊宫颈扩张器引产成功的独立影响因素。结论影响球囊宫颈扩张器引产成功的危险因素较多,临床应充分评估,从而提高引产成功率。

Objective To analyze the factors influencing the induction of labor by using a balloon cervical dilator.Methods We selected 90 cases of puerpera who were induced by a balloon cervical dilator from our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 as a study object,and 20 cases of labor induction failure were analyzed the influencing factors.Results Multivariate logistic analysis showed that the bishop score of the cervix>4,combined with hypertension during pregnancy,connection of fetal presentation,height>160cm,parity>1 were all independent factors influencing the successful induction of labor with balloon cervical dilator.Conclusion There were many risk factors influencing the success of induction of labor with balloon cervical dilator,which should be fully evaluated clinically to improve the success rate of induction of labor.
