隔姜艾灸联合骨盆交叉带治疗对产后耻骨联合分离患者疼痛及功能障碍的影响

Effects on the therapy of ginger moxibustion combined with pelvic crossing belt for pain and dysfunction in patients with postpartum pubic symphysis separation

目的探讨隔姜艾灸联合骨盆交叉带治疗对产后耻骨联合分离疼痛及功能障碍的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年6月于我院骨科就诊的产后耻骨联合分离患者50例作为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规手法复位联合骨盆交叉带进行治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗方案基础上联合隔姜艾灸,比较两组治疗前后耻骨间距、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分及疗效。结果两组治疗后耻骨联合分离宽度明显低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后耻骨联合分离宽度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分、ODI评分明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后SF-36评分明显高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疗效高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规手法复位治疗的基础上联合隔姜艾灸以及骨盆交叉带,能够有效减轻疼痛,促进耻骨联合分离的愈合,对提高产后耻骨联合分离患者的生活质量具有一定积极意义。

Objective To explore the effects of the therapy of ginger moxibustion combined with pelvic crossing belt for pain and dysfunction in Patients with postpartum pubic symphysis separation.Methods To select 50 cases of patients with postpartum pubic symphysis separation who were treated in our hospital's orthopaedic department from January 2016 to June 2018 as a study object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional manipulative reduction combined with pelvic crossing belt,and the observation group was combined with ginger moxibustion on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The pubic distance,visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire,quality of life scale(SF-36)score,and curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The width of pubic symphysis separation after treatment was significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups,the width of pubic symphysis separation after treatmen in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of VAS and ODI after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 score after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment in both groups,the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with conventional manipulative reduction therapy combined with ginger moxibustion and pelvic crossing belt could effectively reduce pain,promote healing of pubic symphysis separation,and have a certain positive significance for improving the quality of life in patients with postpartum pubic symphysis separation.
