摘要
目的探究基于授权理论的健康教育对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)治疗依从性的影响。方法选取本院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的GDM患者500例为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上应用授权理论。比较两组治疗依从性、血糖控制效果、干预前后血糖水平。结果干预后,观察组治疗依从性各项评分高于对照组,血糖水平与血糖控制效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于授权理论的健康教育可有效提高妊娠期糖尿病治疗依从性,改善血糖控制效果。
Objective To explore the effect of health education based on empowerment theory in treatment compliance of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods To select 500 cases of patients with GDM treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 as a study object,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group applied the empowerment theory based on the control group.The two groups were compared for treatment compliance,control effects of blood glucose,and blood glucose levels before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the blood glucose levels and control effects of blood glucose in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on empowerment theory could effectively improve the compliance of gestational diabetes treatment and improve blood glucose control.
