早期预警护理干预对重型手足口病合并神经功能损害患儿疗效观察

Observation of the treatment effect on early warning nursing intervention in children patients with severe hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with neurological impairment

目的研究早期预警护理干预对重型手足口病合并神经功能损害患儿的治疗效果。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月我院收治的88例重型手足口病合并神经功能损害住院患儿为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施早期预警护理干预,比较两组患儿各项症状改善时间、总病程、生命体征、生化指标及并发症发生率。结果研究组发热持续时间、神经系统受损时间、口腔疱疹愈合时间、手足皮疹消退时间、口腔疼痛消退时间、总病程短于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),收缩压、呼吸频率、体温、心率、空腹血糖均低于对照组(P<0.05),且在正常范围。结论重型手足口病合并神经功能损害患儿应用早期预警护理干预,可尽快改善临床症状,缩短病程,有效控制并发症,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the treatment effect on early warning nursing intervention in children patients with severe hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with neurological impairment.Methods To select 88 cases of hospitalized children patients with severe hand-foot-mouth disease and neurological impairment who were admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 as a study object,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The control group received routine mursing.The group implemented early warning nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and compared the improvement time,total disease duration,vital signs,biochemical indicators,and complication rate of each symptom in the two groups.Results The duration of fever,time of nerve system damage,oral herpes healing time,hand and foot rash resolution time,oral pain resolution time,and total disease duration in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,respiratory frequency,body temperature,heart rate,and fasting blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and were in the normal range.Conclusion Early warning nursing intervention for children patients with severe hand,foot and mouth disease with neurological impairment could improve clinical symptoms,shorten the course of disease,and effectively control complications.Therefore,it has clinical application value.
