丹东东港草莓产业集群发展研究——基于地方政府管理职能的思考

Cluster Development of Strawberry Industry in Donggang:A Perspective of Local Government Management Function

在丹东东港草莓产业集群的形成和发展中,地方政府发挥了重要的作用。本文通过对东港政府在培育草莓产业集群中政府职能发挥的情况进行调查、分析,总结经验,剖析不足,对地方政府的职能进行准确界定。在此基础上提出,东港草莓产业集群在成长期向成熟期发展中地方政府的规划十分重要;地方政府在草莓产业集聚中应特别关注集群风险。

The local government played an important role in the formation and development of strawberry industry cluster in Donggang. By investigation and analysis,the author proposed that the government should pay attention to the planning when the cluster develops from the growth stage to mature stage. Meanwhile,cluster risk should be prevented in the process.
