摘要
2019年农业农村部等7部门联合制定发布《国家质量兴农战略规划(2018—2022年)》,全面推进农业高质量发展。近年来,国家深入推进经济和社会发展各项事业改革,我国奶业振兴步伐加快,行业转型升级提速,奶业迎来历史新机遇。本文总结了当前质量兴农战略背景下,我国奶业生产、质量监测、安全监管、支持政策、工作机制等方面表现出的主要特征,为奶业发展规律研究和政策分析提供参考。
This paper summarized the main characteristics of Chinese dairy industry production,quality monitoring,safety supervision,support policies and working mechanism under the background of the national strategy of agricultural quality development,and effectively provided reference for the study of dairy industry development laws,stage development of dairy industry and policy analysis.
