摘要
建立了一种HCl-HNO3-HF-H202四酸微波消解,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中锰元素的方法。结果表明:当取样量为0.1g,消解后定容体积为50mL时,锰的方法检出限为0.5mg/kg。土壤标准物质的测试结果均在标准值范围内,相对误差为-3.1%~3.8%。标准物质以及实际样品测定结果的相对标准偏差范围为0.4%~2.0%。
The detection limit of manganese was 0.5 mg/kg when the sample weight was 0.1 g and constant volume was 50 mL.All the test results of standard soils were in the standard range and relative error was-3.1%-3.8%,the relative standard deviation was 0.4%-2.0%.
