摘要
简单介绍了荧光原理及荧光性质测试-激发光谱、荧光光谱、荧光量子产率及荧光寿命测试等的影响因素,希望通过了解这些原理和影响因素,提高样品测试的准确性。
In this paper,principle of fluorescence is introduced briefly,several factors influencing fluorescence property test,such as excitation spectrum,emission spectrum,quantum yield and fluorescence lifetime test are discussed.
