人地关系驱动下浙北乡村聚落空间演变与发展研究

Study on Spatial Evolution and Development of Northern Zhejiang Rural Settlements Driven by Human-land Relationship

从人地关系的诱发出现、推动演化和塑造多样3个维度的作用机理及由生产作用促进力、土地承载力和生产生活组织力构成的核心推动力内涵入手,研究了人地关系驱动下的乡村聚落空间形态演变,讨论了浙北聚落空间演变的重要特征,探寻乡村聚落空间的演变动力与内在规律。结果发现:(1)人地关系所呈现出的生产作用、人地承载、生产生活组织重要特征构成了以生产促进力、土地承载力、生产生活组织力为内涵的乡村聚落空间演化核心驱动力;(2)人地关系驱动下,浙北乡村聚落先后经历了低密度散落分布的原始阶段,“由疏至密”的浙北城-镇-村的传统农业社会阶段,以上海为核心、以水路交通为联系网络的“指向性”城-镇-村近代空间体系阶段,及以交通线为发展轴、以工业和居住用地扩张为特点的改革开放后阶段;(3)在乡村振兴战略实施背景下,浙北人地关系核心驱动力在生产作用、土地承载力、生产生活组织方面发生变化,未来浙北乡村聚落空间将朝着以区域一体化为基础的“指向性”现代城-镇-村体系与集约高效的生产空间、宜居适度的生活空间和山清水秀的生态空间统筹方向发展。

Starting from the mechanism of the three dimensions of human-land relationship and the connotation of the core driving force composed of the promoting force of production,the carrying capacity of land and the organizing force of production and life,the spatial pattern of rural settlements evolution driven by human-land relationship was studied.The characteristics of spatial evolution of rural settlements in northern Zhejiang Province were discussed,which makes an in-depth study on the dynamics and internal rules of spatial evolution of rural settlements.The main findings were as follows:(1)The important characteristics of production function,human-land bearing capacity and production and living organization presenting by human-land relationship constituted the core driving force of spatial evolution of rural settlements with production promotion force,land bearing capacity and production and living organization capacity.(2)Driven by the human-land relationship,rural settlements in northern Zhejiang have experienced four stages,the initial stage of low-density scattering and distribution,the traditional agricultural society of the city-town-village in northern Zhejiang changed from sparse to dense distribution,the“directional”city-town-village modern space system with Shanghai as the core and water transportation as the connection network,and the post-reform and opening up stage characterized by the traffic line as the development axis and the expansion of industrial and residential land.(3)In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the core driving force of human-land relationship in northern Zhejiang has changed in production function,land bearing capacity and production and living organization.In the future,the rural settlement space in northern Zhejiang Province will move towards a“directional”modern city-town-village system based on regional integration,and develop in a coordinated direction with intensive and efficient production space,livable and moderate living space and beautiful ecological space.
