摘要
单斜齿轮倾向于产生显著的轴向载荷,而人字齿轮具有轴向载荷小的优点。但人字齿轮的不对称齿偏差将导致轴向跳动并可能导致噪声、振动和动态轮齿接触载荷。研究提出一种通过消除齿轮安装误差的影响来提高人字齿轮精度的简单方法。根据渐开线齿轮的数学模型和侧面铣削包络原理,利用开发的软件来生成刀具位置(CL)数据,建立安装误差下齿轮的数学模型。提出并研究了基于多体理论的补偿方法。通过切削实验验证,结果表明该方法可以将人字齿轮精度从8级提高到6级且对称性明显提高,对于人字齿轮更好的啮合性能具有重要意义。
It is well known that single helical gear tends to generate remarkable axial loading and the herringbone gear has the advantage of small axial loading.The asymmetric tooth deviations of herringbone gear would cause axial play and may result in noise,vibration and dynamic tooth forces.An easy method was presented to improve accuracy of herringbone gear by eliminating the effect of gear installation errors.According to the mathematic model of the involutes profile and the flank milling envelope principle,cutter location(CL)data were generated from the developed software with the built gear installation error model,and the compensation method based on multi-body theory was proposed and investigated.Cutting experiments were conducted to verify the method.Results showed that the proposed method which was of great significance for better meshing performance of herringbone gear could improve the herringbone gear accuracy form grade 8 to grade 6 of the specified size and the symmetry could be obviously improved.
