急重症患者前两滴指尖血与静脉血糖值相关差异分析

Analysis on the difference between the first two drops of fingertip blood and intravenous blood glucose level in acute critically ill patients

目的:探究急诊重症患者前两滴指尖血与静脉血糖值的相关性及差异性。方法:选取2018年8~9月入住弋矶山医院急诊重症医学科(EICU)的24例患者作为研究对象。住院第1天8时采集前两滴指尖血测血糖值,3 min内采集同侧上肢静脉血,立即送检。结果:共收集指尖第1滴血、第2滴血各24次,静脉血24次。指尖第1滴血与第2滴血血糖值相关性0.974(P=0.000);同时检测指尖第1滴血与静脉血浆葡萄糖值相关性0.835(P=0.000);指尖第2滴血与静脉血浆葡萄糖值相关性0.865(P=0.000)。指尖第1滴血、第2滴血血糖值与静脉血血糖值三者之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.162)。结论:急诊危重症患者血糖监测可选择第1滴指尖血。

Objective:To analyze the difference between the first two drops of fingertip blood and intravenous blood glucose level in acute critically ill patients.Methods:Twenty-four patients,admitted to the Emergency Intensive Care Unit(EICU)of Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College between August and September 2018,were recruited as study subjects.The first two drops of fingertip blood were taken at 8 am.,and the venous blood was taken in the ipsilateral upper extremity within 3 min from all patients on the first day of admission.All blood samples were immediately subjected to text.Results:The first two drops of fingertip blood and the venous blood were collected from 24 cases.The correlation between glucose level and the first two drops of fingertip blood was 0.974(P=0.000).The correlation of glucose level between the first and the second drop of fingertip blood and the venous blood was 0.835 and 0.865,respectively,(both P=0.000).However,the difference was insignificant in glucose level between the first/second drop of fingertip blood and the venous blood(P=0.162).Conclusion:Determination of the blood glucose level may rely on the first drop of fingertip blood in patients with critical illness.
