双氯芬酸钠联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症疗效分析

Efficacy of diclofenac sodium plus sodium hyaluronate eye drops for xerophthalmia following cataract surgery

目的:探讨双氯芬酸钠滴眼液和玻璃酸钠滴眼液对白内障术后干眼患者联合应用治疗的效果。方法:选取芜湖市第一人民医院眼科2017年1月~2018年12月白内障术后干眼症患者50例50眼,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组予以玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,实验组予以双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,治疗结束后分别从OSDI问卷、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)、泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)和临床疗效几方面予以比较。结果:实验组OSDI评分及FL评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且实验组BUT及SⅠt高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在临床疗效方面,实验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合玻璃酸滴眼液钠治疗白内障术后干眼症效果优于单纯使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液者,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective:To evaluate clinical effects of combined diclofenac sodium with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods:Fifty patients(50 eyes)with xerophthalmina following cataract surgery were included in our department from January 2017 to December 2018,and randomly divided into observational group and control group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with diclofenac sodium plus sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and those in the control group were given single sodium hyaluronate eye drop.The patients in two group underwent questionnaire using Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI),and comparison with the breakup time of lacrimal film,findings of fluorescein corneal staining,tear secretion test(ShimmerⅠtest)and clinical efficacies.Results:Scoring by OSDI,fluorescein corneal staining,breakup time of lacrimal film and ShimmerⅠtest was higher in the observational group than in the control group after medication(all P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher in the observational group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diclofenac sodium plus sodium hyaluronate eye drops can be superior to single sodium hyaluronate eye drop in the treatment of xerophthalmia after cataract surgery.The curative effect is definite and worthy of clinical recommendation.
