自制口腔护理液对手足口病患儿口腔疱疹的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of a Hospital-made Oral Care Solution in the Treatment of Oral Herpes in Children Patients with Hand-foot-mouth Disease

目的探析自制口腔护理液在手足口病患儿口腔疱疹中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年10月郑州大学附属儿童医院感染科收治的136例手足口病患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组(68例)与对照组(68例),其中观察组患儿采用本院自制的口腔护理液(维生素B2粉末50 mg+1%利多卡因0.5 mL+生理盐水0.5 mL)涂擦口腔疱疹处,对照组患儿采用西瓜霜喷剂喷涂口腔疱疹处,对比观察两组患儿的口腔疼痛缓解时间、疱疹消退时间、住院时间及临床疗效。结果观察组患儿口腔疼痛缓解时间、口腔疱疹消退时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t’=17.060、19.430、13.570,P=0.000、0.000、0.000);观察组患儿治疗总有效率为97.06%,明显优于对照组患儿的治疗总有效率85.29%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=5.849,P=0.016)。结论自制口腔护理液用于手足口病患儿的口腔疱疹治疗,可有效缓解口腔疼痛,促进疱疹消退,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of a hospital-made oral care solution in the treatment of oral herpes in children patients with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods 136 children patients with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted into the Infectious Diseases Department of Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University between June2017 and October 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group(68 patients)and a control group(68 patients)according to the random number table.In the observation group the oral herpes of patients were treated with a hospital-made oral care solution(vitamin B2 Powder 50 mg+1%lidocaine 0.5 mL+normal saline 0.5 mL)while the oral herpes of patients in the control group was managed with Watermelon Frost.The oral pain relief time,fading time of herpes,hospital stay and clinical curative effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The oral pain relief time,fading time of herpes and hospital stay in the observation group were all obviously shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t’=17.060,19.430 and 13.570 respectively;P=0.000,0.000 and 0.000 respectively).The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.06%,which was markedly superior to the corresponding 85.29%in the control group,and the comparison showed a statistically significant difference(χ^2=5.849,P=0.016).Conclusion The hospital-made oral care solulion in the treatment of oral herpes in children patients with hand-foot-mouth disease can realize definite curative effects such as effectively relieving the oral pain and promoting the fading away of herpes,deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
