新时代高职学生“工匠精神”的培育研究

On the Cultivation of Higher Vocational College Students’ "Craftsman Spirit" in the New Era

21世纪以来,中国制造业进入了转型升级发展新阶段,各类行业对于高技能人才的需求日益增长,“工匠精神”的培育越来越受到重视。高职院校是培养“大国工匠”的主阵地。通过对新时代高职学生“工匠精神”培育当中存在的问题进行研究,提出“工匠精神”的培养路径,促进高职学生“工匠精神”的培养向更高质量迈进。

Since the 21st century,China's manufacturing industry has entered a new stage of transformation and upgrading.The demand for high-skilled talents in various industries is increasing.The cultivation of"craftsman spirit"has got more and more attention in this background.Higher vocational colleges have become the main front for cultivating"craftsmen of nation".Through the research on the problems existing in the cultivation of"craftsman spirit"of higher vocational college students in the new era,this paper puts forward the cultivation path of"craftsman spirit"to promote the cultivation of"craftsman'spirit"of higher vocational college students to a higher quality.
