全媒体时代高校学生党建工作路径探颐

The Path of Student Party Building in Colleges and Universities in the Age of All-Media

全面理解和准确把握全媒体时代大学生的学习方式、生活方式和思维方式,能够有效促进高校学生党建工作的顺利开展。通过对全媒体时代大学生的调查发现,高校在学生党建工作中存在一些新问题,工作模式、工作平台、人员素养、工作机制未能与新媒体有效融合。根据《普通高等学校学生党建工作标准》的相关要求和“四全媒体”的主要特点,围绕高校教育工作者利用新媒体革新管理模式,搭建全方位和立体式创新平台,提高党建队伍的新媒体素养,积极探索全媒体时代高校学生党建工作路径。

Comprehensive understanding and accurate grasp of college students'learning style,life style and thinking mode in the age of all-media can effectively promote the smooth development of student Party building.Through the investigation of college students in the era of all-media,it is found that there are some new problems in the student Party building.According to the Ordinary High School Students'Party Building Standards and the requirements,and the main features of"four media",it is important that colleges and universities make use of new media innovation management mode,set up comprehensive and integrated innovation platform,improve the new media literacy of the Party building team,actively explore the student Party building path.
