摘要 高职院校通过科学构建绩效管理体系,充分激发教职工的积极性,实现内涵式建设与发展。结合高职院校的实际情况,引入BSC管理模式,依据BSC的“财务、顾客、内部经营流程、学习与成长”四个维度,对高职院校的绩效管理指标体系、权重进行设计,架构适合高职院校的绩效管理框架体系。 Through the scientific construction of performance management system,higher vocational colleges have fully stimulated the enthusiasm of teachers and staff,and realized the connotative construction and development.Based on the actual situation of higher vocational colleges,the author introduces BSC management mode,designs the index system and weight of performance management of higher vocational colleges according to the four dimensions of BSC:finance,customers,internal process,learning and growth,and constructs a performance management framework suitable for higher vocational colleges.
