A Study on the Informatization Construction and Development of Smart Libraries under Block Chain Technology

区块链技术将给图书馆服务带来创新性变化,进一步推进智慧图书馆的信息化建设。通过对区块链的背景和发展现状、概念和重要特征进行研究,区块链技术将在提高信息共享效率、数据安全性、资源交互效能三个方面对接升级智慧图书馆的信息建设。区块链技术可以在流通模式、学习平台、信息数据安全、数据资源库的利用率、数字资源的版权保护、知识流通模式方面进行应用,实现图书馆的智慧化服务。图书馆需要从政策层面和技术层面加强对区块链技术的管理,从而推动图书馆信息化建设升级。

Block chain technology will bring innovative changes to library service and further promote the informatization construction of smart libraries.Based on a study on the background,development status,concept and important characteristics of block chain,it is found that block chain technology will connect the information construction of upgrading smart libraries from the following three aspects:improving information sharing efficiency,data security and resource interaction efficiency.Block chain technology can be used in circulation mode,learning platform,information and data security,utilization rate of data resource database,copyright protection of digital resources,and knowledge circulation mode,so as to realize intelligent library service.Libraries need to strengthen the development of block chain technology from the policy level and the technical level,so as to promote the upgrading of library information construction.
