推扫式三维点云在商场导航中的应用研究

Application Research of Push Broom 3D Point Cloud in Shopping Malls Navigation

针对目前商场为用户提供的商品导览方式存在的不能为用户提供一站式购物服务、商场中商品繁多用户很难买到称心如意的商品、对于不熟悉商场的用户来说根据平面图容易迷路找不到目的地等问题,本文提出了通过使用推扫式三维点云室内导航的API接口对其进行二次开发实现室内导航商品的自由导览与音频讲解功能。实验结果表明,北京某万达广场使用该系统的用户体验效果良好,大大改善了用户的购物体验。

In view of the problems existing in the way of commodity guide provided by shopping malls for users at present,such as the inability to provide one-stop shopping service for users,the difficulty of obtaining satisfactory commodities for users with a large number of commodities in shopping malls,and the difficulty of finding a destination for users who are not familiar with shopping malls according to the floor plan,it is proposed that the API interface of push-broom three-dimensional point cloud indoor navigation be redeveloped to realize the function of free guide and explanation of indoor navigation commodities.The experimental results show that the user experience of a Wanda Plaza in Beijing using this system is good and greatly improves the user's shopping experience.
