摘要
通过对基础教育服务均等化的理论基础、研究方法和指标选取等理论知识的回顾和研究分析,本文从地理空间角度构建了基础教育服务均等化评价指标,并以天山北坡经济带为例进行了新疆各地区基础教育服务均等化水平的对比分析与研究。结果表明:1)各地区中学的覆盖率和中学学龄人口覆盖率整体高于小学;2)各地区存在学校配置数量较高、空间布局有待优化的不一致性;3)各地区的差异主要与地方经济发展水平、学龄人口数量和城镇化水平等因素有关。
In this paper,according to the review and analysis of primary education services equalization,such as the theoretical foundation,the research method and the index selection,constructing the evaluation index of primary education services equalization from the perspective of geographic space,comparative analyzing and researching the level of primary education services equalization as the north slope economic zone of Tianshan mountain.The results show that:(1)the coverage rate of middle schools and middle school age population in various regions is higher than that of primary schools;(2)the high number of Schools exist side by side with the spatial layout needs to be optimized in various regions;(3)the difference is mainly related to the level of local economic development,the number of the school age population and the level of urbanization.
