结合项目实际生产情况,本文提出了一种基于EpsGCM平台的电子调绘系统进行不动产权籍调查内外业一体化的生产模式,在已有地籍及影像资料的基础上,采用全数字化的外业调绘核查技术,进行不动产要素外业调查和权属信息验证,快速采集和编辑调查数据。总结了如何通过该技术方案与内业编辑工序进行衔接,实现内外业工作的一体化,并分析了该生产模式的优势和特点,可为其他同类外业调查项目提供参考。

Based on the actual production situation of the project,an electronic drawing and drawing system based on EpsGCM platform is put forward to carry out the production mode of the integration of internal and external industry in the investigation of unmovable property rights.On the basis of the existing cadastre and image data,the full digital foreign painting and drawing verification technology is used,and the investigation of the external property factors and the ownership letter are carried out.Interest verification,rapid collection and editing of survey data.This paper summarizes how to connect the technical scheme with the internal business editing process to realize the integration of internal and external work,and analyzes the advantages and characteristics of the production model,which can provide reference for other similar foreign industry survey projects.
