摘要
某电动汽车(以下简称"某车型")D档蠕行,车速2~3km/h行驶时伴随整车抖动,严重影响车辆的驾乘舒适性。文章基于某主机厂在研车型存在的该问题进行测试分析,通过对振动信号的colormap进行分析,分析出电机的阶次振动是导致蠕行抖动的主要原因;通过对比该车型与标杆车的扭矩变化曲线,提出后续优化标定方案。文章研究为电动汽车蠕行抖动优化设计提供依据,对整车NVH性能提升有重要意义。
The electric vehicle,D,creeping,and the speed is 2-3 km/h,accompanied by vehicle shake,which seriously affects the driving comfort of the vehicle.The article is based on the test and analysis of this problem in the research and development model of a host factory.By analyzing the colormap of the vibration signal,it is recognized that the order vibration of the motor is the main cause of creep jitter;by comparing the electric vehicle to the benchmark car,the torque variation curve is proposed,and the subsequent calibration optimization scheme is proposed.This paper provides a basis for the optimization design of creeping shake of electric vehicles,which is great significance to the improvement of NVH performance of the vehicle.
