摘要
目前国内各整车厂开发销售的纯电动商用车续航里程均很难达到客户的期望里程值,主要限制因素是新能源汽车的动力电池能量密度不高、充电耗时较长以及充电设施网点便利性较差,严重影响到电动汽车,特别是纯电动汽车的大范围推广普及。文章通过对传统汽车制动力学分析,结合电动汽车制动能量回馈控制策略分析计算,制定了一种基于制动能量回馈最大化的电液复合制动力协调式的控制策略。
At present, the endurance mileage of pure electric commercial vehicles developed and sold by domestic vehicle manufacturers is difficult to reach the expected mileage of customers. The main limiting factors are the low energy density of the power battery of new energy vehicles, the long charging time and the poor convenience of the charging facilities, which seriously affect the promotion and popularization of electric vehicles, especially pure electric vehicles. Based on the analysis and calculation of the traditional brake mechanics and the brake energy feedback control strategy of the electric vehicle, a coordinated control strategy of the electro-hydraulic composite brake force based on the maximization of the brake energy feedback is developed.
