摘要
通过主观评价及结合整车噪音测试,以及零部件模态测试,确认车内噪音问题根源为发动机悬置支架共振引起。对支架约束模态仿真值与实际约束模态实测值差异进行分析,优化约束模态仿真分析方法,并对优化后的支架进行验证,解决了发动机悬置支架共振问题。
Through subjective evaluation and combined with vehicle noise test and component modal test,it was confirmed that the root cause of vehicle noise was the resonance of engine mount bracket.By analyzing the difference between the constraint modal simulation value of the support and the actual constraint modal value,the method of constraint modal simulation analysis was optimized,and the optimized support was verified to solve the resonance problem of the engine mount support.
